Resumen


Law 30 of 1992 defines superior education in terms of “an permanent process that enables the development of human potential in a comprehensive manner, it happens right after middle or secondary school and is intended to the full development of the students and their academic or professional training.” (Law 30 of 1992, Ch. I). Also including
among its characteristics to “deep in the comprehensive training of Colombians within the modalities and qualities of superior education, preparing them to fulfill professional duties, research and
social services required by the country” (Law 30 of 1992, Chap. II), always keeping in mind that “all parts of the country have the appropriate human resources and suitable technologies to enable them to adequately meet their needs” (Law 30 of 1992, Ch. II).
